Returns Policy
Damages or Incorrect Delivery
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, you will need to inform Tom Gavin Tiles & Flooring within 2 working days from delivery. We will endeavour to send replacements or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Leftover Products
Tom Gavin Tiles & Flooring offers constant competitive prices and has a rapid stock turnover. Due to this, we are unable to accept any leftover returns unless our showroom has the same shade/batch available or by prior approval at time of purchase.
To enquire about returning a product please contact our showroom. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods to our showroom within 28 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 7 working days following our receipt of the resalable items.
Special Orders
All products that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for either a refund or exchange.
Deliveries
We endeavour to deliver goods subject to available delivery slots. We will always try to get your goods delivered as soon as possible where stock is available. Please note that all home deliveries are kerbside and our drivers will not be permitted to bring goods into your home.
